ABOUT
Born and raised in the Philippines, Jovi's passion for design was shaped by a rich cultural foundation and formalized at the University of Santo Tomas, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture. A registered Architect with over 31 years of design and technical experience, his career spans independent practice and acclaimed collaborations with firms including Bowery Design, FB Eye International, Hirsch Bedner Associates in Singapore, and Edward C. Tan + Architects in Manila.
Jovi's breadth of expertise spans residential, hospitality, corporate, and commercial design — encompassing everything from high-rise mixed-use towers to intimate interior spaces and landscape design. He currently serves as Lead Project Designer at Drexel Luxury Homes in Los Angeles, where his commitment to precision and beauty ensures every project exceeds the expectations of even the most discerning clients.
His portfolio reads like a map of the world's most prestigious addresses. Over three decades, Jovi has contributed to the design of 5-star hotels across Asia and the Middle East, including the Four Seasons in Shanghai, Le Meridien Resort in Goa, The Regent and Westin Resort in Bali, the Pan Pacific in Singapore, Sheraton and Grand Hyatt properties in China, and the Intercontinental in Singapore — among others.
For over 3 decades, Jovi has brought that same global sensibility to the luxury residential market of Los Angeles — designing homes for celebrity clients and discerning homeowners across Beverly Hills, Pacific Palisades, Westwood, and Santa Monica. His work is defined by one constant: an unwavering eye for design that transforms space into experience.
